Refund policy


RETURN POLICY:

Items must be returned to us within 14-days of delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn/unused, free of stains, food particles, damage, and hair. Must have original tags attached. Items sent to us in unacceptable conditions may not receive the full refund, store credit only, or be returned to sender.

 

Items CANNOT be returned after the 14-day return window. No exceptions. Items will be sent back to sender at their expense. 

 

Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for a return.

 

ALL international orders are final sale.

RETURN PROCESS:

Follow the return steps in the portal. You can choose a prepaid label ($10 will be deducted from your refund) or ship with a carrier of your choice. 

 

  • If a prepaid label is selected, you will click "print shipping label" in the final step. Print and attach the label, place RMA portion in package, then drop off at the designated carrier. 

  • If you choose a carrier of your choose, you will click "print shipping information" in the final step. You will print the RMA form to place inside the package. The return shipping address will be found on the front of the form.


Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Your return will be automatically approved if it falls within the policy guidelines. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Nuvem is not responsible for return items lost in the mail if shipping with a carrier of your choice. We suggest shipping your items back with insurance and tracking. Please keep your tracking information safe until your refund is processed. After the product(s) is delivered to Nuvem, you will receive a refund.

 

If you receive a damaged/defective item. Please email us atsupport@nuvemthelabel.com with your order number and photos of said area within 14-days. A resolution will be given once the information is reviewed by our team. 

 

REFUNDS:

Once your return is received it will be inspected according to the standards described above. You can expect these forms of refund depending on items purchased:  

 

  • Money-Back Refunds: We will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refund payments can take up to ten (10) days depending on your original payment method.

  • Store Credit: We will issue a digital gift card in the amount of your returned items upon receipt of your returned package.

 


Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed once received. When your returned items are inspected and approved, you will receive a confirmation email that your return has been processed. If more than 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received a refund, please contact us at support@nuvemthelabel.com.


 

RETURN/REFUND POLICY UPDATES:

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of this Return/Refund Policy by posting updates and/or changes to our shop. It is your responsibility to check this policy periodically for changes. Your continued use of our shop following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

 

SALE EXCEPTIONS:


Sale pricing cannot be applied to orders placed before or after our sale window.

 

EXCHANGES:


We do not offer exchanges. You will need to return the item(s), and place a new order. 

 

WARRANTY INFORMATION:

We take pride in our products. We are confident your item will last through standard wear when included use/care instructions are followed. We are not responsible for issues with normal wear and tear or not following correct wash instructions. In the rare occurrence you receive a damaged or faulty item please email us at support@nuvemthelabel.com within 14 days of receipt of your product, and provide detailed photos of the garment and faulty area. Our quality care team will evaluate the issue and if it is found to be a manufacturing defect, items that are in their new and unworn condition will be replaced if we have the stock to do so. If we are out of stock we will work with you to resolve the matter in a manner worthy of your satisfaction. 

We may provide a shipping label to send the damaged/faulty item back to us. These items are repaired and donated to foster families.
